   I'm Mario. My story related to pizza started a while ago, during my long stay in Italy ,where soon I fell in love with pizza and mediteranean food.

   After my settlement in the UK, I decided to bring a little piece of Italy to my back garden, by buying a wood-fire pizza oven.

​

   From here to opening my own pizza shop was just a step that came naturally and through fortunate circumstances.

   Our Neapolitan Pizza Academy is continuously growing every day and a single goal motivates us during present time and for the future and this is the passion for pizza and taking forward the tradition of the Artisan Neapolitan Pizza.
